Weekend Music Chill

I am always amazed at how musicians and actors subscribe to the most leftist of doctrines, are buddies with the likes of Hugo Chavez, but still manage to grow fat off the capitalist system they so despise. Of special interest is the use of music in commercials, the ultimate sell out according to some adolescents. Personally, I just like to see good music in good commercials. The latest to catch Mrs. Daddy's fancy is the Lincoln car commercial here. I like the Major Tom rendition myself. To honor the commercial success of both the original band Blue Oyster Cult and the band doing the cover, here are two versions of "Burnin' for You."
