Rick Perry Drinking Too Heavily?

Rick Perry sounds drunk starting about 1:25. Maybe the worst moment of the debate. I could hardly believe my ears when I heard it the first time.

    I was thoroughly amused by rick perry's having to defend himself from the right last night (over what seem like reasonable things to us liberals) seems to define a man who is mostly interested in conservatism as 'what the people want' rather than a thorough system of belief

    Good Lord, and this is the "front runner" at this point? I predict that Perry will start fading fast.

    Calivancouver, it was interesting. Right now, mostly activists are interested, but that's still important because they are the source of energy, volunteers and money.

    LCR, I agree that Perry could fade, but he has fundamental strengths that could keep him in the race for a comeback. By December 2007, I thought McCain was toast too.
