Toyota's website and dig this: my 17 mpg 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan is eligible for $3500 of your money so that I can purchase an 18 mpg Toyota Tacoma to pull a boat. (Not that I have a boat, but I'm sure there will soon be a government program for that.) I'll be heading to a local dealership on Mission Bay Drive to see what I can score.
